YK-Student/Comm. Ctr-Boiler Replacement
Replace the two existing natural gas boilers in the mechanical room of the Student Community Center at Penn State York with two new natural gas boilers that will tie into the existing piping system. One of the boilers must be kept operational throughout the project for dehumidification in the building. There are two bid packages. This is the HVAC package. The other bid package is the electrical package.
Penn State prequalified as a mechanical and HVAC contractor.
The project will be bid through e-Builder.
As a project delegated to Penn State by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS), this bid opening is public via Zoom Webinar. Registration is required. See each specific bid package below for the registration link. Zoom will send a confirmation email with the URL to access the webinar. Organizers will admit registrants to the bid opening at 3:00 p.m.
