Project Description

The project will remove the existing site stairs and retaining walls adjacent to the SLC Building. The new stair/railing assembly will be a reduction in width from what currently exists, it will increase the number of landings, and adjust the connection to the SLC Building. Timber walls will be removed, and grading/landscaping will be revised.  A new landscape block wall will be installed at the bottom of the stairs. At the adjacent Multi-Purpose Building, timber walls will be removed, and grading/landscaping will be adjusted.  New landscape block walls will be installed.
