PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Window replacements at Wagner (west stair tower) and Willard (east wing & connector).
PREQUALIFICATIONS
All Trade Contractors interested in the upcoming Capital System Renewal Program Projects must be PSU prequalified before the bidding due date. For prequalification documents, contact Tina Petrie ([email protected]) at Alexander Building Construction Co., referencing the PSU Capital Systems Renewal Program. Submit prequalification documents directly to Tina Petrie ([email protected]) at Alexander Building Construction Co. All prequalification documents must be completed/returned by the project’s prequalification due date. We will not accept any prequalifications sent after the due date. Any proposals from bidders who are not prequalified at the time of bid will not be accepted.

BID SUBMISSION
Each project will be bid through Pipeline Suite. Contact Tina Petrie ([email protected]) at Alexander Building Construction Co. Bids in any format other than the specified one will not be accepted.
BID OPENING
The Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS) has delegated this project to Penn State. This bid opening will be held as a public Zoom Meeting. Registration is required. Zoom will send a confirmation email with the meeting link. Organizers will admit registrants to the bid opening at 3:00 p.m.
