Project Description

The Animal Diagnostics Lab Addition project includes the construction of a 42,000 SF, three-story addition to the existing ADL lab to enhance diagnostic facilities for the Commonwealth. The addition includes lab space, support spaces, offices, a necropsy, a crematorium, utility upgrades, and the demolition of existing structures.

Prequalification Criteria

The project will be bid through Building Connected. An invitation is required. Contact Quaid Spearing ([email protected]) for access.

As a project delegated to Penn State by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS), this bid opening is public via Zoom Meeting. Registration is required. Zoom will send a confirmation email with the meeting URL. Organizers will admit registrants to the bid opening at 3:00 p.m.
