Package Description: UP-FY 18-23 Capital Systems Renewal Program - Roof Replacement Bid Package 2K (OPP Phase 2). Section 4 (above OPP Stores) will receive full decking replacement, a new roofing system, and upgraded fall protection.

The project will be bid through Pipeline Suite. Contact Tina Petrie at Alexander Building Construction Co.

As a project delegated to Penn State by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS), this bid opening is open to the public via Zoom Meeting. Registration is required. Zoom will send a confirmation email with the meeting URL. Organizers will admit registrants to the bid opening at 3:00 p.m.

Prequalifications: All Trade Contractors interested in the upcoming Capital System Renewal Program Projects must be prequalified by PSU before the bidding due date. For prequalification documents, see the attachments below or contact Tina Petrie at Alexander Building Construction Co., referencing the PSU Capital Systems Renewal Program. Prequalification documents shall be submitted directly to Tina Petrie at Alexander Building Construction Co. All prequalification documents must be completed/returned by the Prequalification due date for that project. Any prequalifications sent after the due date will not be accepted. Any proposals from bidders who are not prequalified at the time of bid will not be accepted.
