Tyson Building HVAC Upgrades and Roof Replacement

SCOPE:

This was a roof replacement project and a building system upgrade to improve performance and save energy.  Scope included: two new air-handling units to serve the entire building and a new hot water plant located within the building.  Further work included: insulated ductwork, controls upgrades, pipe replacement, connection to campus chilled water system, electrical modifications, and new corridor LED ceiling lights.
