Melissa Phillips is the Educational Program Specialist for OPP’s Facility Asset Management group. She designs, develops and delivers training content in coordination with FAM and EAM team members, Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and System Administrators to advance the implementation of FAM enterprise business systems, develop users’ knowledge and skills, and support business improvement outcomes.
