Project Description

The project includes replacing existing EPDM roof systems with new 30-year PVC (KEE) roofs and new aluminum gutters and downspouts at Grubb and Garban Halls, upgrading mechanical systems by replacing gas-fired furnaces with new indoor and outdoor HVAC units and associated piping and ductwork, replacing roof drains, and providing electrical power to the new HVAC equipment. 

As an Alternate, bidders shall include cost to install fall protection for the roofs specified in the construction documents.
