Prequalification

All Proposing Firms are required to complete Alexander Building Construction Co.'s Pre-Qualification Form and Safety Questionnaire. Proposals submitted without a fully completed Pre-Qualification Form and Safety Questionnaire may not be considered. Any omitted information, irregularities, limitations, or other results may be considered as part of the best value award process. Please see Section B.6 for the Pre-Qualification Form. Contractor Pre-Qualification Form (Section B.6) with supporting documentation shall be submitted electronically through the Pipeline portal.

Prequalification of bidders for this project is required. The BIDDER is required to be prequalified by the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER has partnered with COMPASS, a secure web-based software.
