Student Union Building Renovation and Addition - Penn State New Kensington

The NK Student Union Renovation and Addition has an anticipated total project cost of $8.9M. 
The project funding was identified in PSU’s 2018-2023 Five Year Capital Plan.  A study was completed for this project, which  proposed a building addition and partial renovation of the existing building.  The study came to that conclusion, based on meeting  the programming needs of the campus and based on a $10M total project budget.  The actual project funding has been reduced, so the selected firm will be required to lead PSU and the New Kensington campus through an evaluation of proposed program and scope to reprioritize and adjust this project to the new budget.
