MA-General Studies-Roof Replacement
The roof on the General Studies Bldg at the Penn State Mont Alto Campus will be replaced. In addition to the roof replacement, fall protection will be added to the roof. The roofing company will include one of PSU's prequalified asbestos abatement contractors in their contract pricing. The abatement contractor that the roofing company is using must have attended the prebid meeting.
The project will be bid through e-Builder.
As a project delegated to Penn State by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS), this bid opening is public via Zoom Webinar. Registration is required. See each specific bid package below for the registration link. Zoom will send a confirmation email with the URL to access the webinar. Organizers will admit registrants to the bid opening at 3:00 p.m.
