Project Description

Renovations will include new LVT flooring, painting, lighting, and ancillary amenity improvements throughout bedrooms and common spaces, as well as the removal of existing kitchen spaces and the delineation of a new bedroom in 52 apartments.  Painting, flooring replacement, and bathroom renovations for five attached apartments, referred to as the "huts," will also be included.  Finally, the entire complex (less Juniata Hall) will receive fire alarm upgrades and professional cleaning of existing HVAC ductwork.
