While the prebid meeting is not mandatory for roofing contractors, it is mandatory for any Penn State prequalified asbestos abatement contractor that wishes to submit a bid to the awarded roofing contractor.

The prime contractor must be a PSU prequalified in Roof Construction. The abatement contractor must be prequalified by PSU for asbestos abatement.
