AB-New Academic Building
A new Academic Building at the Penn State Abington campus. The project is a three-story building with a mechanical penthouse located at the western edge of campus off Cloverly Lane. The building program consists of general-purpose classrooms, art classrooms, offices, conference rooms, and general building support. Two existing buildings on site will be demolished, and new utilities will be required at the site location to connect to the existing campus infrastructure.
L.F. Driscoll Prequalification Process & Requirements for All Trades To become a subcontractor with LFD, each subcontractor must demonstrate that it is a viable, productive company. Through an extensive prequalification process, we analyze the subcontractor's past performance, current workload, safety record and financial stability, among other selection criteria. The prequalification processes helps LFD identify the most qualified, reputable subcontractors in the industry.

- M/W/DBE information, if applicable
- Insurance certificate with all applicable endorsements
- Independent verification letter supporting your EMR for the last three years
- OSHA 300 logs from the last three years
- Safety program manual
- Current financial statement

- Three references
- List of current projects
- List of recently completed projects
- Current backlog
Prequalification does not stop when the bid is awarded. Updates are done annually or semi-annually. A formal prequalification process reduces liability and insurance claims, creates safer work sites, and increases a project's potential profitability.
