e-Builder Implementation Process
The implementation of e-Builder is a multi-phase approach and the associated tasks with each phase are summarized in the graphic below:
- Phase 1 - Project Control / Collaboration, was implemented in January 2019 and is currently active.
- Phase 2 - Cost Management / Contract Administration, is in development and is planned to “Go-Live” July 2020. - Phase 2 Implementation Information
