SCOPE:

The project included a 78,000 SF addition connected to a 35,000 SF renovation.  A new entry lobby leads to an impressive atrium and central commons.  The new addition provides classroom and instruction space, offices and conference rooms, and Graduate Research Assistant offices with space for informal meetings and collaboration.  The renovated wing is primarily made up of classrooms and laboratories.  Spaces on all floors received new sprinklers, lighting, and HVAC upgrades.
