East Halls Renovation: Hastings, Snyder, and Stone Halls

Design: Mackey Mitchell Architects | DLA+

Construction: Clayco

This project was the last of six phases that completely renewed the 1961-66 buildings of East Halls, the largest housing complex at University Park. Work included renovating the fourteen existing residence halls, construction of two new residence halls, and updating the site for improved access and accessibility. Overall, the effort resulted in 4,575 new and renovated beds across East Halls.
