East Halls Phase 1B, New Building, McKeen and Pennypacker Renovation

SCOPE:  The new residence hall will include 413 beds in double rooms, with common spaces - lounges, seminar room, kitchen, laundry, and music practice room, located on the first floor.  The new building will include a residential life apartment.  The program also includes the renovation of McKean and Pennypacker Halls with similar updated interior features and accessibility improvements.  Overall site improvements include updated pedestrian circulation, accessible pathways and updated recreational spaces, and consolidated refuse collection area.
