East Halls Phase 1A, Stuart Renovation

SCOPE:  Aging and inefficient building systems in Stuart Hall were replaced and the building was connected to the campus chilled water system for air conditioning. The bedcount of 273 was maintained, most in double rooms. Renovations included private bathrooms in a central “wet core,” improved student social and service spaces, and moveable student room furniture. The building also includes a first floor apartment for a Residence Life professional.
