PROJECT DESCRIPTION

UP-FY 18-23 Capital Systems Renewal Program - Structural Elements Repair Masonry Bid Package 2H (Pattee main south entrance stairs, Westgate bridge walls, Millennium Sci basement egress stairs, Ford site walls)

PRE-BID

The Pre-Bid Meeting will first meet at the Westgate Bridge - West Ramp, between the Research Building West and the West 1 Building.

PREQUALIFICATION

All Trade Contractors interested in the upcoming Capital System Renewal Program Projects must be prequalified with PSU before the bidding due date. For prequalification documents, see the attachments below or contact Tina Petrie ([email protected]) at Alexander Building Construction Co, referencing the PSU Capital Systems Renewal Program. Prequalification documents shall be submitted directly to Tina Petrie ([email protected]) at Alexander Building Construction Co. All prequalification documents need to be completed/returned by the Prequalification due date associated with that project. Any prequalifications sent after the due date will not be accepted. Any proposals from bidders who are not prequalified at the time of bid will not be accepted.

BIDDING

The project will be bid through Pipeline Suite.

As a project delegated to Penn State by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS), this bid opening is open to the public via Zoom Meeting. Registration is required. See each specific bid package below for the registration link. Zoom will send a confirmation email with the webinar URL. Organizers will admit registrants to the bid opening at 3:00 p.m.
