College Avenue and Heister Street Sidewalk and Bus Stop Upgrade
Due to current COVID-19 virus concerns, Office of Physical Plant Contract Administration has determined that bids submitted for this project MUST BE transmitted via email to [email protected]. NO bids delivered “in-person” will be accepted.
This will be effective immediately and through Friday, April 3, 2020 or as otherwise directed by University leadership.
The Subject Line of the email must be formatted exactly as specified below:
PSU BID, Project Number (00-#####.##), Contract Type and Number, Company Name, Bid Due Date (MM/DD/YYYY)
If the bid submission exceeds the file size limit of the email system, provide a link to a shared storage service, such as Dropbox, Box, OneDrive.
Contractors are strongly encouraged to use Read and/or Delivery receipts when transmitting their email.
Any email bids received after the date and time specified will not be considered.
