PUBLIC BID OPENING

As a project funded with a DCNR Grant, this bid opening is public via Zoom Webinar. Registration is required. Register for the December 20, 2022 bid opening by following the link https://psu.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_zbBVChnXTdaZZPyu1yaTMg.

Zoom will send a confirmation email that contains the URL to access the bid opening. Organizers will Admit registrants to the bid opening at 3 p.m.

All bidders must comply with DCNR funding requirements. To show compliance, bidders must complete and submit with their bids the Buy America Compliance Statement, the Public Works Employment Verification Form, the DCNR DBE and SBE Prime Contractor Compliance Statement, the DBE Participation for Federal Projects (EO-380), a Signed Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment Clause, and a Maintenance Bond.  

BID SUBMISSION: Bids will be received electronically only through the e-Builder Bid Portal. Bids in any other format will not be accepted.

BID DOCUMENTS: To access the Bid Documents, the potential bidder must have or create an Account in the e-Builder Bid Portal. The User Name for your Account is usually your email address. NOTE: Bidders no longer need to request Access and be added to e-Builder by PSU.

Using this link takes you to the e-Builder Bid Portal. From there, the potential bidder completes the prompts and can access bid documents and submit a bid.
