Sign In Procedure for the West Campus and East Campus Steam Plant Operations
Purpose:
For everyone's safety, you need to sign in AND notify an operator on shift of your presence.
At WCSP, the sign-in sheet is located on the south end of the firing aisle next to the Boiler Operator's Room window. At ECSP, the sign-in sheet is located inside the office next to the phone.
Policies and Procedures:
When reporting to the Operator on shift, please let them know:
- the names of the individuals working in the plant
- what equipment you are working on
- any energy sources that will be affected
- how long you think you'll be.
- when you're leaving
