Fenske Pilot Plant Entry Procedures
Purpose:
To establish procedures that must be followed to access the Pilot Plant at Fenske.
Policies and Procedures:
Ideally, all access to the Pilot Plant should be prearranged. Do not proceed beyond this area without specific approval for the function you wish to perform. To obtain approval follow these directions:
Normal Business Hours:
Knock on doors labeled "Microbial A" and "Cell Culture G". If no Pilot Plant personnel respond to your knocks, try the laboratory (room 46A) and the Pilot Plant office (room 45). If no one is available to escort you into the Pilot Plant, call 863-3650 and state your reason for access into the Pilot Plant.
Off Hours and Emergencies:
If prior approval has not been given for your specific function on this specific occasion, Pilot Plant management must be notified prior to entrance. OPP personnel should refer to the emergency utility interruption notification procedure for the phone numbers to contact Pilot management.
Date of Policy:
August 14, 1990
