Cedar Building
Purpose:
To identify locations of the University that require special procedures to be followed before entry to the areas can be gained by Physical Plant personnel.
Policies and Procedures:
When OPP personnel or outside contractors are working the third floor of Cedar building it is requested that all personnel stop in room 327 and notify the person there of the work they will be doing and in what location. At this time the staff person in room 327 can notify the appropriate faculty/ graduate students etc. and will be able to be proactive in protecting any furniture or computers in the vicinity of the work.
It is also requested that when work is being performed in rooms 100, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 118, 119, 120, 121, and 140. Please check in with the receptionist in room 100. This will allow appropriate notice to all counselors so arrangements can be made. These areas contain confidential clients and advance notice is required.
