Oil Storage Containers and Oil-Filled Equipment Inventory Plan

Purpose:

To provide an inventory of oil containers and oil-filled equipment.

Policies and Procedures:

Lloyd Rhoades, Manager of Central Services, has been identified as the coordinator for the OPP Storage Tank Management Program.

To determine where oil containers and oil-filled equipment are located, each first-line supervisor will inventory all areas in their span of control and provide the location, container/equipment type, quantity, oil contents, capacity in gallons, and status (see attached log form.) Notifying EHS of all new oil storage containers and oil-filled equipment will be identified as an item on the project-closing checklist.
