Results Measures
Our results measures are intended to be a balanced approach to measuring the success of the Strategic Plan. Results measures will range from the very broad to specific. It will be up to the champion for each objective to identify measures appropriate for that objective.
In addition, we will continue to conduct comprehensive customer and employee surveys to measure progress in these two key areas.
