To develop web pages that allows customers to initiate non-emergency work requests that can be immediately entered into OPP Work Order Tracking software

Update:
Web pages were developed to allow our customers to initiate non-emergency work requests that are immediately entered into our Work Order Tracking software. The physical plant service desk then adds any required information to the request, approves it and assigns it to the appropriate supervisor for scheduling. These Web pages also allow customers to check the status of any work in their area.
