Update:
Facilities Resources & Planning is currently working with East Coast Services, Inc. (ECS), to convert original construction drawings of all Educational & General Use buildings at University Park to an AutoCAD format. The conversion was started in early fall of '97 and as of the end of March '98, ECS has converted nearly 3 million gross square footage of the proposed 6 million.
In addition to the AutoCAD conversion, Facilities Resources & Planning is embarking upon a University Park wide facilities audit of assigned and unassigned space, beginning in the fall of '98. The space audit will include classifying room use and room condition. Additional information, such as station counts, list of equipment, heating/cooling, etc. will be included.
