Goal:

Implement new methods to get construction materials to the job site prior to starting the job

Objective:

To develop and implement a process that will establish a means of determining and storing construction materials at job sites

Expected Results:

$155,000 in value-added time per year to serve our customers(if fully implemented)

Update:

The trade supervisors and key trades persons involved with the work will meet 5 days before the job starts to coordinate materials
