To minimize time used to deliver supplies while improving timeliness and accuracy of delivery

Objective:

To eliminate time wasted in obtaining supplies for second and third shift janitors

Update:

• Recommend that delivery of supplies be incorporated into General Stores delivery system instead of having janitors pick up supplies
• Time savings will be 4 hr/month for each of 22 buildings
