PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENTS
The following documents are examples of the types of Owner-Professional agreements that Penn State will enter into with Professionals who do design work for them. They contain the rights and responsibilities of the parties. These sample documents are for information only. The actual agreement will be provided and completed by the Design and Construction division.

PDF Document Form of Agreement 1-P (sample) (June 2007)
This form is a sample of the long version form of the Owner-Professional agreement. It is used when Penn State wants full design services.

PDF Document Form of Agreement 1-S (sample) (June 2007)
This form is a sample of the short version form of the Owner-Professional agreement. It is used when Penn State wants limited Professional services (for example-a geotechnical report).
