STUDENT HEALTH CENTER BUILDING PROJECTS

DICKINSON SCHOOL OF LAW BUILDING
Site excavation for the Dickinson School of Law Building is currently under way. The 113,000-gross-square-feet facility will provide three 75-seat tiered classrooms, 250-seat auditorium, 50-seat courtroom, library, and parking for 350 cars. Construction began in January and is expected to be completed by January 2009. The site map and renderings can be found at the Dickinson School of Law project page.
All of these projects have the potential to create some inconvenience but they are essential for the accomplishment of the University Master Plan. Detour signage for vehicles and pedestrians will be installed at the construction sites for the duration of the projects.
This overview only highlights summer projects which have the most public impact. Many other construction and renovation projects are scheduled for summer work. They can be found on the Physical Plant interactive map of University Park construction projects.
