Remove existing roof materials to deck, no hazardous material have been found.
Provide new roof assembly (polyisocyanurate insulation, minimum 1 inch thick,
1/4 inch per foot taper, 1/2 inch fiberboard coverboard, three ply SBS modified
bitumous built up roof in cold adhesive.) Provide new blocking and coping.
Provide four roof ladders. Base bid area is approximately 5,500 square feet over
one roof area. Alternate bid adds four roof areas totaling approximately 2,200
square feet. For all roof areas, Polyisocyanurate insulation shall have an R value
of 6 per inch. Minimum R value per assembly is 6. Assemblies shall comply with FM-I 90.

Description: Construct a one-story masonry structure with associated event terrace and seating walls. The 800 SF of interior space will house public restrooms, office, and storage. The exterior terrace provides seating for 186 and is covered by a tent structure. The building is designed to achieve LEED silver status.
