How do I get to the Physical Plant Building?
The Office of Physical Plant is located north of Park Avenue between University Drive and Fox Hollow Road, just across from Beaver Stadium. If you need a map, check out Penn State's Visitors' Guide.
How do I request service?
To request routine maintenance services, please fill out a Customer Information System work request. For emergencies, call 865-4731.
How do I get moving boxes?
To request moving boxes, or coffins as we call them, please fill out a Customer Information System work request.
How do I get my office painted or windows washed?
For any office renovations please contact your Facilities Coordinator. They will know what procedures need to be taken. For any other maintenance please fill out a Customer Information System work request.
How do I find hours of a particular building and how do I request a change in the building hours?
Please contact the classroom hotline at 863-6000.
How do I reserve the picnic area (Beaver Pavilion) on Park Avenue?
Please call the scheduling office at 865-6571.
How do I request/reserve special audio/visual equipment (televisions, overhead projectors, etc.)?
Please call Audio/Visual at 865-5400.
How do I get added to the University’s pre-qualified bidders list?
Requests for prequalification should be faxed to The Pennsylvania State University, Contract Administration Office at (814) 863-7954.
How do I get added to the University’s Architect/Engineer Consultant Database?
Please contact our main office at 865-4402.
How do I find who is in charge of the design/construction of a project?

Where can I find official building names and numbers?

Where can I get a copy of a utility plan, floor plan, etc.?

Where can I call in the event of a weather emergency, to know if I need to come in for my shift, or if the University is closed?
