The Office of Physical Plant Renovation Services Department is responsible for performing customer-funded remodeling projects. Each distinct project is based on specific existing building conditions and can range from $5,000 to $1,000,000 in cost. Our multi-disciplined trade crews are responsible for a wide variety of architectural, electrical, and mechanical tasks that require flexibility and cooperation. While quality is our priority, Renovation Services is determined to meet construction completion deadlines for optimum customer satisfaction and to foster positive customer relations. Our management, staff, and trade crews are dedicated to continue the development of productive work ethics and to focus on creating an environment for safety, efficiency, and employee recognition of a job well done.
