Buildings and Grounds

The Buildings and Grounds Division of the Office of Physical Plant is responsible for the maintenance, janitorial, and landscaping at the University Park campus. The highly skilled technical-service workforce encompasses tradesmen in a broad spectrum of work areas.

The Buildings and Grounds Division is broken into three sections: Area Services, Central Services, and Renovation Services. These areas provide a multitude of services to all the Education and General (E&G) organizations, in addition to providing this same support to Housing and Foods, Intercollegiate Athletics, and Business Auxiliaries.
