Project Management
The Project Management Division (PMD) oversees and coordinates the design and construction of all new construction, renovation and major maintenance projects for the University Park Campus. The PMD serves as the primary interface with customers, architects, engineers, and construction work forces to implement construction projects. Either internal or external design services and construction work forces may be used to accomplish tasks within the acceptable time frames.
Mission
The Project Management Division strives for efficiency and expediency in the management of projects while also protecting appropriate long term interests of the University. The Division represents the interests of the University, OPP and the customer in the process of developing and reviewing designs as well as implementing the design through construction.
