Contract Administration

The Contract Administration unit within the Design & Construction Division, distributes specifications and drawings for construction projects, schedules and conducts bid openings, and provides on-site inspection services for all University locations. In addition, the work unit prequalifies contractors for bidding purposes, prepares and processes contracts, change orders, and contractors' payment applications. The unit also is charged with assuring code compliance and obtaining building permits for construction projects at University Park.
