Goal – Improve customer service and relationships

Goal – Ensure a safe and secure University community

• Support University emergency management program development and implementation at all locations.  (Director, BG) 
• Develop and obtain approval for Strategic Security Master Plan.  (Manager, ACESP) 
• Develop, catalog, and implement OPP Departmental Emergency Operations Procedures (DEOP) and generic Critical Incident Plan templates for inclusion in University Emergency Operations Plan.  (Manager, WCC) 
• Complete and implement an OSHA compliance plan for Penn State.  (Assistant Director, EHS & OPP Safety Coordinator) 

Goal – Improve the University’s physical plant and environment

• Evaluate options for use of land and buildings to guide the physical growth and development of the University. (Director, CPD) 
  
• Balance programmatic needs, innovation, modernization, preservation, environmental stewardship, and total cost of ownership to promote design excellence.  (Director, DC & Director, CS) 
• Lead the advancement of the Finance and Business Environmental Stewardship Initiative with an engaged University community. (Deputy)
