The Work Control Center (WCC) plans, prioritizes, and schedules maintenance, repair, and renovation work at the University Park campus. The WCC manages the work reception function and receives customer work requests either through the Web-based Customer Information System (CIS) or emergency calls by phone. The WCC is also responsible for managing the Capital Renewal program at University Park. It performs facility audits and building inspections. The WCC develops, prioritizes, and programs major maintenance and capital renewal projects. It is also responsible for planning and estimating in-house projects.

- Develop mechanisms to obtain cross-OPP organizational coordination and cooperation.
- Finish jobs promptly and completely.
- Commission buildings adequately.
