The Penn State Campus Sustainability Office (CSO) is responsible for improving the sustainability performance of the university. Our belief is that sustainability is a source of innovation for improving quality, engaging employees, serving student interests, and increasing efficiency. Our expertise is in the area of behavioral change, communications, and sustainable operations. The office, part of the University's Finance & Business Division, serves all Penn State campuses and locations, and works closely with partners in research, teaching, student affairs, and outreach.
