Design & Construction provides a wide range of services for all the Pennsylvania State University campuses.
Our division is comprised of five areas:
Mission
Design and Construction strives for efficiency and expediency in the management of projects while also protecting appropriate long term interests of the University. The Division represents the interests of the University, OPP and the customer in the process of developing and reviewing designs as well as implementing the design through construction.
